Nicola Latty and Lee Kilby travelled to Cardiff for the GB Masters Long Course Championships. After spending three years in Manchester the meet is now back to its usual routine of rotating through England, Scotland and Wales.

Nicola and Lee managed to win medals in all events with Nicola gaining gold medals for the 35-39 200 Butterfly and 50 Backstroke, and silvers in the 35-39 200 Freestyle, 400 IM and 100 Backstroke. Lee's medal were for the IM events with silver in the 400 IM and bronze in the 200 IM in the 35-39 age group.
